The Maryland State Bar Association Business Law Section and the Association of Corporate Counsel – Baltimore Chapter are pleased to present ”Coffee With Counsel,” featuring Hon. Andre M. Davis, Baltimore City Solicitor.

Before becoming City Solicitor, Judge Davis served as an Assistant US Attorney, private practitioner, law professor, and on the bench of virtually every level of state and federal court from the District Court of Baltimore City to the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Join Judge Davis as he discusses the rewards and challenges of being the Chief Legal Officer of Maryland’s largest municipality, supervising an office of about 70 lawyers, advising the City’s departments, officers, commissions, boards, and authorities, and handling all manner of litigation by and against the City in both state and federal courts.
